BENCH PRESS CHAMPIONSHIPS 2009 IN RUSSIA
Dear Friends!
It is our pleasure to announce the date and location for the 2009 AWPC/WPC RAW Championships! The dates are October 1-4, 2009 in Rostov-on-Don in Russia. Enclosed please find necessary information for the World Championship. We look forward to seeing team from your country represented.
Entry Form
Please have each athlete fill out all details on the entry form.
Entry Deadline
September 1, Entries must be in by this date. Or will case fine of 20eur.

Entry Fee
An athlete may enter both the Bench Press and Powerlifting Championships 100 eur
and only Bench Press - 65 eur

Squat: Heavy Monolift and Texas squat bar
Bench: Eleiko bar
Deadlift: Leokko deadlift bar Eleiko plates.
Personal costume
Lifters are allowed to wear a non-supportive singlet,
wrist wraps of any length, competition powerlifting
belt. So as u see any of supportive wear is forbidden. If you have any
questions at all about anything you would like to use at Raw Unity that you are
unsure of, then please email meet director and he will let you know if it can
be used in Raw Unity.

Awards
Awards will be given to the
first three places in each Men`s & Women`s divisions. Also awards will be
given to first tree places based on Glossbrenner formula. WPC division(men)first
three places based on Glossbrenner formula will have
money prizes 2000 eur 1 place; 1000 eur 2 place; 500 eur 3 place. WPC
division (women) first place based on Glossbrenner
formula will have money prizes 300 eur.
